Magic Tap without connections

In one of the road crossings in Ahmedabad we can see a tap and the water flowing from it. The tap apparently has no connections and seems to be hanging in mid air. Actually the flowing water conceals the transparent pipe which is in fact supporting the tap and is also the source for the water which flows out. I have been dreaming to make a small model of this in my home. So far I have not been able to get the materials for this project. Any suggestions? Vaidyanathan

I think you need a very,very transparent pipe.

Yeah That's it. But the construction is the thing that is bugging me.
